At TMB Modular Bottle, we stand behind the durability and performance of our gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused modular components within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unused bottle and components in their original packaging, ensuring all modular parts and seals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene and quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
